How the cruise package works

How the cruise package works

After arriving in Giethoorn you have a short break of about 15 minutes. Meanwhile your canal cruise boat is prepared and waiting, so there is no need to stand in line. The one-hour guided tour takes you past thatched-roof houses, wooden arch bridges and waterside gardens while the captain tells the story of the village.

After the cruise you have around three hours of free time to stroll along the footpaths, relax at a waterside café or browse the boutiques and small museums, before the coach returns you to Amsterdam.
