2. Which data we process and why

When you contact us by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or a web form, we process your name, e-mail address and telephone number to answer your question. When you book, our booking partner Let’s Book processes the data needed for your reservation and payment (name, contact details, booking details, payment status). We retain this data as long as necessary for the service and legal obligations (7 years for invoices).

3. Cookies and statistics

We only load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Google reviews widget after you accept cookies. See our cookie policy for details and how to change your choice.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data with processors who work on our behalf (booking system, payment provider, e-mail provider, Google) under processing agreements. We disclose personal information if required by law or a court order.

5. Security

We take appropriate measures such as TLS encryption, security headers, access control and regular reviews to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us and clearly state who you are, so that we do not modify data of the wrong person. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
